How do I activate after buying?
After payment confirmation, find the code on your account’s Spark page. Redeem it to your account, then sign in to the same account in the updated Lite app. New devices activate automatically. Up to 3 computers are supported; release old devices on the account page when replacing them.
Can I buy Spark for someone else?
Yes. Send the unredeemed code to the recipient, who signs in to their own account to redeem it. The purchaser keeps the order; the recipient owns the license. A redeemed license cannot be transferred.
Is this the production price?
$29 is the agreed early supporter price. This is still staging in Creem Test Mode with no real charge. Production sales are not open.
Do I need a subscription?
Spark is independent of subscriptions. You do not need a Sync or Publish subscription to purchase Spark. Those services have their own plans.
Do existing Spark owners need to buy again?
No. Sign in to the account with an eligible legacy paid Spark license and claim the new personal license free on the Spark account page. One per account, for 3 computers. Existing service commitments remain.
